Tieria's gender is unknown, by the company's own admission. It's possible T-chan is male. It's possible T-chan is female. It's possible he's both. No one, not even the Meisters, know his real gender, or what he is for that matter (yet, have to wait for S2 \0/). There's nothing to say that he doesn't prefer to be referred to as male, or that one would naturally assume he is male since he doesn't have (obvious) breasts. They could just be small, or there are ways to hide them. It happens with transgenders and transvestites all the time, yo
And TBH, I'm not entirely sure what you're trying to achieve here - it's just a silly comic to keep myself amused. Girl!Tieria amuses me. If that doesn't float your boat, you're more than welcome to your own opinion.
